Willow sculpture project (idea 1)

For our new project, we have to create a willow sculpture that has a meaning behind it. After researching several willow sculptures, we didn't find any unique, interesting ideas so we started researching animals that we could create and that would grow to become something bigger, better and more appealing. We first found a butterfly that we thought we could make the caterpillar then the wings could grow out and create a butterfly but we figured it would be too difficult. We then came up with the idea to make a peacock and create the head and neck first then the tail behind it then over time it would grow out the ground and create the larger tail that would turn the entire thing into a peacock at the end.
